A class photo calendar as a gift for parents
- Collect the pictures. Pupils draw a picture each, or you take class photos. Photograph or scan the drawings so you have image files.
- Pick a template. Gallery and Nordic give the photo the most room.
- Add the pictures in order. The first goes on the cover, then January to December. Up to 13 pictures, so a class can share the months or each pupil can make their own calendar.
- Add class dates. Under Extras, add dates such as a class trip or the last day of term. Leave out pupils’ birthdays if you do not want personal details on the calendar.
- Download and print. Print one copy per family, or send the PDF home.
Pupils who make their own calendar at home can use the photo calendar maker with a parent.
Printable class calendar and school-year calendar
Print a big month grid for the classroom wall, with room to write in each day, or a school-year calendar from August to July on one page. Print it or save it as a PDF from the print dialog.
No sign-in, no pupil data
- There are no accounts and no sign-in, for you or the pupils.
- Pictures are opened by the browser on your device and placed in the PDF there. They are not uploaded to us or anyone else, and they are not saved; close the tab and they are gone.
- We collect no pupil data. The site has no ads, no analytics and no cookies.
- Only your settings (for example the week start, the month shown in projector mode, and dates you add) are kept in this browser’s local storage. Clear the site data in the browser to remove them.

Yes. There is no account, no sign-in and no ads on this page.
Are pupils’ drawings or photos uploaded?
No. The browser on your device reads the pictures and builds the PDF there. Nothing is sent to us.
How do I show the calendar on the classroom screen?
Press Projector mode. The month fills the screen in large type, today is highlighted, and ‹ › change month. Press Esc or ✕ to close.
Does the school-year calendar follow our term dates?
It shows the months August to July. Term dates and school holidays differ between schools, so write them in or add them as dates in the photo calendar maker.
